All packages have specific tracking information.

Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from ImcGhana. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts

What to say simply that it is killing, finally a quality receiver, and yet I tested more than a dozen. I always stayed on my Arcam MiniBlink which for me was the standard reference, I must say that the XQ-50 is impressive in details, richness, really dynamic and especially musicality. I advise you with your eyes closed. In addition the quality of manufacture is excellent, only small defect is that I can not control the volume with my phone, it always remains thoroughly, which is not a problem since I use it on an amp with the volume adjustment. I also forgot the possibility to connect it to a computer USB port and you have a new sound card, without installing software or drivers.
