Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

I bought the Fifine K678 microphone and can testify to it’s quality of workmanship and performance. An outstanding product. Sound is crystal clear and I had no problems setting it up under Windows 10. the quality is second to none, and is built and packaged extremely well. Something that is usually annoying, but we have come to accept in this day and age, is bad documentation such as user manuals. They normally come in a multitude of languages where the grammar and often the spelling is terrible (for English anyway). This is not the case for the Fifine microphone. Their attention to detail even extended to the user manual document, which is in colour and clearly explains how to use the microphone and set it up. It’s written very well and reflects the quality I found in the rest of the microphone. I am very pleased with my purchase. The microphone is excellent value for money. thank you.
