Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We have purchased this for our baby. It is lovely seat which we used since our baby was months old. The straps are adjustable and you can use it as a chair (once the sides are locked) or as a swing. You can also use it with the music and sounds or just set the speed and let it swing with your baby in it. Our baby loves it and I do use it occasionally if I need to cook so our baby can be with me in the same room and is happy to be with me. The only downside is that it only comes with one toy and also the toy is quiet high for baby to be able to reach it. I think a longer strap on the toys would be much better.

Not much more to add, this is extremely well designed, its feels incredibly stable, and the swing motion is battery-assist – i.e. you have to start it off and it will keep itself going at the speed you set – if your little-screaming-terror hates it and starts kick out, the swing swill stop itself.Before buying this, I invested a MamaRoo… which my little one just hated. This on the other hand, the little one loves it, and I cannot express enough how much of a life safer this has been, especially under lookdown.

An excellent gadget.At first I was sceptical but hopeful that this would help ease our baby and keep him entertained. Having had this for over a month now I can now say this is worth its weight in gold.It’s very easy to assemble, good clear instructions. It’s very sturdy and even portable.The swing settings are just right and the music is comforting with various time settings.Done know where we’d be without this.

Looks how it should relatively easy to assemble baby isn’t here yet but have tested with a teddy bear and he seems comfortable for the price I’m very happy with the item functions are great multi use and it can fold up and not too heavy

I’ve got this product a couple months now and it’s really good. Baby getting rest and is happy after a nap. Swinging and vibration works well. For very good word deserve magnetic drive of the swing which is inaudible and with Duracel batteries work already over 4 months. Vibrator is quite energy efficient but battery don’t last so long (about ones a month), but very good solution is to use rechargeable battery for vibrator. Good thing about it is when swinging get stopped for some reason and I forget to switch device off it switch off itself automatically within a couple seconds preventing battery drainage. To run again the switch must be move to off and on again. Very good and useful feature.Whole item is quite durable, my baby weight now over 6 kg and there is no issue with product. Foldable properties are very useful for storage but folding this chair sometimes can be a bit awkward because it’s a little bit heavy and large in some positions, but folding process is very easy and quick.Product come unassembled, but with manual user everyone who can use brain and has hands can assembly this chair without any problems.It has five speeds of swinging so for every occasion can be adjusted different speed, for example for sleep speed 1 and for entertainment speed 5. Some melodies and nature noises are useful.Safety of the whole device is a big, I can’t complain. It has adjustable safety harness.Some reviewers complain about just one position of recliner, but in my opinion it is advantage which helps with baby safety and prevent incorrect sitting position and damage to baby gentle skeleton and cot death.I can’t see bad things about this product except one thing that is quite expensive.In general I recommend this product to everyone who is looking for similar baby calmer.

Love this swing, I was so disappointed at first as my baby hated being in this when he was newborn. Now a couple of months in, he absolutely loves it. The swing and vibration is so calming for him it often helps to settle him down to sleep. He likes watching the little toy as he is swinging away. I also like the different sound options and the fact you can set a timer.

Great chair bought for newborn twins to give us an extra pair of hands and it works brilliantly tunes are nice and the fact there are no motors on the swing but works on electro magnets means the battery life should be really good only have had it a couple of days so don’t know for sure how long but both babies love it, Thank you.

Great wee swing for the price. A bit awkward to put together and requires 2 different kind of batteries but works well once it’s together. Lovely position for baby to sit in, especially when newborn, as it’s not too upright, and also has head support that can be moved up or down or removed all together. My little one always looks very comfortable in it and often falls asleep in it. Also has 5 point harness, unlike others on the market that only have a 3 point harness, which ensures baby’s safety when swing is in motion. This swing is great if you don’t have much room in the house as it can be easily folded away when not in use, only downside is that it has to be stored flat or leaning against a wall when folded as it doesn’t stand upright. I only wish you could buy additional toys to add on to the toy arch, only comes with one but there is space to add 3 toys, and I haven’t seen them anywhere to buy separately.

we had a chair givien to us when the baby was born but he wasnt overly fussed. so we got this one and oh my word!!! the baby uses it daily. it has a swing motion so you can it fast or slow depending on your babies needs, a vibrate button, a music button and a timer. i got this a couple of months ago and we havent changed the batteries yet. clearly uses little power but does an amazing job. i cannot reccomend this enough for babies who love to swing! worth the £60 we paid thats for sure

Great quality and really lovely looking product. I wouldn’t say it’s super ‘portable’ but it does fold up, it’s light enough to carry where needed. It’s perfect as it is and feels fantastic quality especially the soft the seat is. I just wished my 10 week old loved it as much as I do….we also chose this one as it was one of the most narrow swings on the market. The frame doesn’t come out too wide which is great In our small house. The toy it comes with is ok but we just add whatever toy works at the time.
