Shipment Upgrade Notice

All shipment to UK and US customers, the shipping time has been shortened for Flat Rate Shipping and For France, Spain, Germany & Australia and other part of the world customers, the shipping time has been shortened depending on the courier service
Most customers can enjoy FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$50 (shipping cost excluded). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer.
All packages have specific tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” Track order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from ImcGhana. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pads have reached pretty quickly. Yet they don’t skladalismy wiec do not know how to hold. Pack dotarła destroyed by what and holder pads is destroyed. Looks like it as if our pack tarła about way or some concrete, but the store had no for this effect. Pack was well packaged in bubble film.

We buy a second time and still plan, as the child grows up. Matches the Lego hollow. The order was very long. November 11 to January 7.

The store is well done, quickly sent the order, it’s early even! I took my son for my birthday, 2 years old, had time, could not stand and opened before,. Because. He saw, and the rest of the evening did not leave him, he liked the point!!!! The next morning, not breakfast ran again to play it, before that to other designers was indifferent, probably because I did not understand why to build them at all, and then quite a goal, to do so, to make the balls roll down the slides. I recommend to buy, we will take more!)))

Ordered at 52, 156, 208 PCs. The store sent 2 parcels, Everything Everywhere the track is tracked together, until on one sorting center of the parcel was separated in different directions… 1 came, and 2 Somewhere lost. Money back. Turned to the hotline for a month already looking for… The designer for 208 parts consists of the same 4×52, this is a minus since with the complete assembly there were extra slides (unless of course you were going to build 4 small slides) Pros: + Good quality (got all the whole) + Price (in principle not expensive) + No functional parts (flags, flowers, bananas, boxes) + The child really liked + Dynamic designer + Stickers (they can be noted, for difference from other set) + Compatible with Lego Duplo and analogs Cons -If you buy 208 pieces turns out single-shaped (choose another) -After a complete collection, there were extra channels (see the photo) -Instructions mainly for 52 pieces (adults do not need, but children would be useful) Evaluation 5 -Went very long (free shipping)

Matches Lego Duplo in size and colours pretty much perfectly (the colours are even prettier than in the picture). These blocks are big enough for the child not to swallow or choke on. I’m very satisfied, the package didn’t take too long to arrive despite the COVID-19 situation. I definitely recommend this store.
