Shipment Upgrade Notice

All shipment to UK and US customers, the shipping time has been shortened for Flat Rate Shipping and For France, Spain, Germany & Australia and other part of the world customers, the shipping time has been shortened depending on the courier service

All packages have specific tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” Track order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from ImcGhana. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This product has a lovely smell and I use it on all my children who have variations of three quarters afro hair to half to wavy hair. This product works well for all of them. If used on wet hair it will hold a nice style if hair is out but will not last all day.

If you have 4c hair and using this personally u want a leave in conditioner after this i recommend using this products a part of the LOC or LCO Meathod (liquid cream oil) and this being the liquid it is quite runny and not 100% moisturising but it’s okay not to use and a separate product

I had been battling dryness on my afro hair for a few months(after I decided to experiment with baking soda as a shampoo…) I went back to this and combined with raw Shea butter to seal it in, it leaves my hair moisturised, soft and shiny for a whole week. This product contains a non soluble silicone so make sure you wash your hair thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo on a regular basis, to avoid buildup.

I’m so glad I tried this product. My daughter is mix raced and her hair is extremely curly and gets dry and tangled quickly. This product makes her hair so soft and easy to comb, and once dry it’s not greasy like some others I have tried. It leaves her curls looking amazing!
