All packages have specific tracking information.

Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from ImcGhana. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Phone Super! I ordered a girl as a gift. Ordered 14.11.19 arrived 13.01.20 (drove 59 days). Installed the play market easily, works very cool. Seller recommend, indicated a price of 80 dollars that I would not pay the tax. As a gift put a ring-stand and an adapter from the Chinese plug to the European.

The phone is exactly the same as the description. Accurate Came in 10 days. Only some stuff come in Chinese. Only you have to install Google play to download the apps that we use in Mexico. And change the keyboard to writing good, this would be in what downloads a new keyboard from the play store. Of the 64 mb of storage only have a 50 mb because it brings many apps already installed it certainly not usaras. The camera is flawless and the sound is listen well. Pay No taxes by custom houses. And something else coat personalization of Live is not the best I recommend that once downloaded the play store busqueis the launcher that more like it and it installed. And can’t start secion in the tally live or by at least I can’t.

Delivery to Smolensk 3 weeks, the packaging is of course so-so (a cardboard box compacted with a navel) but everything came intact! The phone is just a bomb! The camera is excellent, the battery, the display, the speed of work is just at the height!! I had to mess with the removal of the Chinese, well, that’s bullshit. A lot of functions and buns, in the settings you can get lost! Very satisfied! Face ID works great, even in the dark! Rrekomendduyuyu!!!!

I bought two of these all arrived in good condition and very fast it was 15 day s to Mexico by DHL since the day of purchase. I didn’t get one of the gift fasteners rings 🙁 only one came. The phone works perfect in terms of performance, mail well games and all applications, excellent battery, the only thing I could say I don’t like is the live operating system, it has many Chinese applications, The ma I RIA can be uninstalled but has others not like the Wizard and the search engine that are integrated and they’re only in Chinese, the dedicated button can only be configured with a few options that come from factory and cannot be put the app or function I want. The Playstore is not factory installed but can be searched in china store that brings. The camera I think is very good for the price, record video 4k 30 fps and 1080 60 fps. Overall I think it’s a good buy but it would be perfect if there was a global version.
